Per-company isolation
Every query is filtered by the user's company, and the filter fails closed: someone with no company sees nothing, rather than everything.
Tamper-proof audit trail
Every view of a candidate's file or résumé is recorded with who, when and from where — in a log the application itself cannot edit or delete.
Résumés in private storage
No résumé has a public address. Downloading requires the file to belong to your company, and goes through a signed link that expires in 5 minutes.
Traceable evaluations
Every evaluation records which model and which prompt version produced it. Re-evaluating never erases the previous one: the history explains why a score changed.
Deletion at the candidate's request
Candidates request deletion on the site and confirm with a code sent to their own e-mail. Data leaves the database and the storage, with a receipt that holds no personal data.
