Subprocessors
Last updated: 26 de outubro de 2026 (version 2026-10-26)
When a company uses i8talent to recruit, it is the controller of the data of the candidates to its vacancies, and INTELLIGENCE8 TECNOLOGIA LTDA., CNPJ 12.651.460/0001-69, is the processor, processing that data on the company's behalf and on its instructions (Privacy Policy, section 2). A subprocessor is a third party that Intelligence8 engages to process that data on behalf of the client company. This page lists the subprocessors in use today.
1. Subprocessors in use
All of them are companies headquartered in the United States. The last column says where the service used by i8talent processes the data. For each artificial intelligence feature, the platform uses the provider configured by Intelligence8; if that provider is not available in the installation, the call goes to another AI provider on this list.
| Subprocessor | What it does for i8talent | Data it receives | Where it processes |
|---|---|---|---|
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Platform hosting: application server, database, private file storage (CVs and logos) and backups. | All data processed on the platform. | Application server, database and its backups: European Union, in DigitalOcean's Frankfurt (Germany) region, since 26 October 2026. Files (CVs and logos): United States, in DigitalOcean's New York region, until their move to Frankfurt is complete. |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. | Artificial intelligence models for the interview, the screening and the platform's other AI features, when it is the feature's provider. | CV, declared languages and certifications, answers to the vacancy form, the interview conversation and the assessment made from it β without the candidate's name, email addresses, telephone numbers, links, identity document numbers, address (the city stays), date of birth, age and marital status, which the platform removes from the text before each call, using automatic rules that recognise the usual labels and formats of a CV. When the PDF is a scan, images of the first pages are sent, with whatever is printed on them. The form's phone, links and salary-expectation fields are not sent. In features used by the company's team, what the team writes to the AI is also sent, as written, such as a job description or a search in the dashboard. | United States. |
| Anthropic, PBC | Artificial intelligence models, when it is the feature's provider. | The same data as in the OpenAI row. | United States. |
| Google LLC (Gemini) | Gemini API, when it is the feature's AI provider. | The same data as in the OpenAI row. | United States and other countries where Google has facilities. |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Support mailbox: receives the transcript of each on-screen support conversation when it ends. Backup of the support-ticket and billing system. When configured as the email provider, sending the platform's emails. | In the support mailbox: the conversation transcript (what was written, the times, the email address given by the person who wrote, when given, and the name of the agent), kept for up to 6 months. In the backup: support tickets and billing data. In email: the same data as in the SendGrid row. | European Union for stored data (the Google Workspace account has a Europe data region policy); Google also operates the service from other countries where it has facilities. |
| Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) | Sending the platform's emails: access codes, confirmations and messages to candidates and to the companies' teams. | Recipient's name and email address and the content of the message. | United States. |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payments for the companies' subscriptions and credits. | Company name, email of the account owner and billing data. It does not receive candidate data. | United States. |
2. What is not on this list, and why
- Intelligence8's own software. The support-ticket and billing system (ERPNext) runs on Intelligence8's servers at DigitalOcean in Frankfurt (Germany), since 26 October 2026. It is not a third-party service: its hosting is the one in the DigitalOcean row, and the backup of the tickets is the one in the Google Workspace row.
- Signing in with Microsoft or Google. When a user chooses to sign in with an account from one of these providers, the provider learns that the account signed in to i8talent. At that step it acts as an independent controller, under its own policy, and not as a subprocessor. No candidate data goes through it.
- Google Analytics. Used only on the site's home page, when measurement is switched on, to count visits. It receives no data that Intelligence8 processes on behalf of client companies (Privacy Policy, section 13).
- Integrations switched on by the client company. When the company connects i8talent to a system it has contracted, such as SAP SuccessFactors, the data goes to that system on the company's instructions. The provider of that system answers to the company, not to Intelligence8.
3. Changes to this list
When a subprocessor is added, removed or starts doing something else, this page changes: the date at the top is updated and the history below records the change. Companies that have signed a data processing agreement with Intelligence8 receive, before the change, the notice it provides for.
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-23 | First publication of this list. |
| 2026-10-23 | AI providers: the candidate's name, email addresses, telephone numbers, links, identity document numbers, address (except the city), date of birth, age and marital status are no longer sent with the CV, the answers and the conversation. The list of subprocessors did not change. |
| 2026-10-24 | Voice interview: removed from the platform. OpenAI no longer receives conversation audio. The list of subprocessors did not change. |
| 2026-10-26 | Google Workspace gets its own row: the support mailbox receives the transcript of each closed support conversation and keeps it for up to 6 months. The ticket backup and email sending, previously described in the Google row, move to it; the Gemini row keeps only the AI. |
| 2026-10-26 | Hosting: the application server, the database and the support-ticket and billing system moved from DigitalOcean's New York region to its Frankfurt (Germany) region. Files (CVs and logos) remain in New York until their move is complete. The support mailbox in Google Workspace has a Europe data region policy. The list on this page did not change. |
